Winemaker Dinner at Bernardo Winery

Enjoy an exclusive dining experience in Vito's Park at Bernardo Winery, June 12, 2025 at 6 p.m., with our Winemakers!
Begin the evening with a welcome glass of Oro di Bernardo sparkling, followed by passed appetizers paired with Bernardo wines. Then, enjoy seated wine pairings, finishing with a tasty dessert created by our pastry chef and paired with a dessert wine. An exciting addition to this outdoor winemaker dinner, our chef team will be using one of our large outdoor traditional grills for the meal. Treat yourself and a loved one to an intimate and memorable evening with our winemakers!

Progressive appetizer stations, with wine pairings:
-Spec grill asparagus
-Stuffed Grape Leaves with arancini filling
-Grilled Branzino served over butter lettuce

Plated dinner with wine pairings:
-Grilled Lobster Tail
-Cavatelli with creamy pea puree and grilled broccolini
-Sirloin brushed with Amogue

Dessert and dessert wine pairings:
-Torte al Limoncello Cake with whipped ricotta, candied pistachios, topped with fresh estate herbs

Cheese and Port pairing:
-Port Tasting with chef's whim cheese and estate fruit
