An evening of deep rest and energetic renewal to help reset the body and mind at the height of summer. As the fire of the season peaks, this sound bath offers space to release burnout, soothe the nervous system, and realign with inner truth.

Held in a peaceful indoor space, the session combines crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments to support you in:

- Letting go of overstimulation and stress

- Reconnecting with the body and breath

- Reigniting purpose and inner fire

- Whether you’ve felt scattered, exhausted, or just need a moment to pause, this sound bath is your invitation to slow down, soften, and align with what truly matters.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask).
