Ever wonder how ordinary people accomplish extraordinary acts of heroism? Want to step up and show up for your community?
Join us on Saturday, August 9 for our Ensemble Heroes workshop. We will discuss the psychology of heroism and how to build one’s bravery over time, assess our own risk tolerance and boundaries, role play situations that require heroism, and learn self- and community-care techniques to remain grounded and calm when faced with crisis situations.
