Dining With Court: A Dinner Pop-Up at Good Measure
Chef Courtney is bringing her Provence menu from her chef residency to San Diego! Come join us for an evening of delicious summer seasonal food at Good Measure. Your ticket includes: 3 dishes of your choice (one of each: entreè, plat, dessert) and a beverage.
Menu (is subject to change based on the freshest, seasonal, availability)
Entreès / Starters:
- Apricot Panzanella with homemade sourdough, tomatoes, soft sheep cheese and basil oil (can be made gluten free, vegetarian)
- Lamb meatballs with walnuts and a white bean, shallot, olive and herb salad (gf)
- Raw zucchini lemon salad, cantaloupe, shaved hard cheese, and anchovy (gf, can be made vegetarian without anchovy)
Plats / Mains:
- Seared fish on Ajo Blanco, melon, cilantro, and herb oil (can be made gluten free)
- Housemade ricotta gnocchi with pistachio-mint pesto, pecorino, jambon, and sourdough breadcrumbs(can be made vegetarian without jambon)
Desserts:
- Lemon curd tarte with fresh whipped cream, candied lemon peel, and basil sugar
- Choux au craquelin with fig jam, vanilla créme légère and fresh fig (gf version also available)
***No other modifications can be made than the ones mentioned
There are two serving times: 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
