The SD Small Business Forum is thrilled to announce the return of one of the South Bay’s favorite fall events — the 10th Annual IB Halloween Market! This spook-tacular celebration will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, at 829 Seacoast Drive, Imperial Beach, CA 91932, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This fun-filled, family-friendly Halloween market brings together the best of local vendors, community spirit, and festive fun.
