As Halloween approaches we invite you to look beyond costumes and candy and take part in a contemplative journey at beautiful Mount Hope Cemetery. Among the headstones we find a wisdom perspective that helps us live our best life. This guided cemetery walk offers a chance to reflect on the meaning of life and death from a Buddhist perspective. Hosted by Kadampa Meditation Center San Diego. Led by resident teacher Gen Lhadron.
Please bring something to sit on - lawn chair, towel, blanket, etc. Step by step directions to the meetup location in the cemetery can be found on our website. Free event.
