Vista Hill's Council on Mental Health Luncheon, presented by Molly’s Angels Foundation, will feature a conversation with Shankar Vedantam (Shankar pronounced to rhyme with “Bunker” and Vedantam is pronounced Vay-THARN-thm), host of the popular podcast and show "Hidden Brain." Shankar and the event moderators, Vista Hill Medical Director, Dr. Charmi Patel-Rao, and Emmy-award winning Broadcast Journalist, Sandra Maas will discuss a slew of topics related to modern mental health challenges including aging, loneliness, stress and well-being, and the role of hope and optimism in combating the rise of cynicism.
