Crafted by Claire and Tyler, The Holiday Series launches Friday, November 28 and makes a thoughtful gift for home bakers, dessert lovers, and anyone assembling a holiday dessert table. The series is available in all Salt & Straw shops and for national shipping, and features ice cream interpretations of two beloved Claire recipes:

  • Pineapple Upside-Down Cake — a holiday twist on à la mode, with chunks of pineapple cake folded into sweet-cream ice cream and drizzled with gooey rum butterscotch
  • Chewy Molasses Cookies with Rum Caramel — salted vanilla ice cream ribboned with rum-spiked caramel and packed with crushed molasses cookie

Rounding out the pack are new and returning flavors from Tyler:

  • Peppermint Cocoa with Crushed Candy Canes
  • Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache
  • The Great Cookie Swap

Salt & Straw will also be running several promotions throughout December, kicking off with their Cyber Week promotions (12/1–12/5) – $10 credit towards shipping from any online pint or subscription purchase and $10 giftcard for any $40+ Order Head purchase.

For the Winter Solstice on December 21, all scoop shops will be running a “Make It A Double” upgrade for single scoops, eligible for anyone who mentions the promo when ordering.
