In celebration of the New Year and fresh beginnings, ENOUGH, a new non-profit enterprise dedicated to creating a cultural intervention around mental health and self-worth, will be hosting a surf session at Cardiff Reef on Saturday, January 10 to foster community and support.
The event will be grounded in connection and validation to remind residents that no one is alone in their feelings of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt.
Our worth is inherent, not earned, and we are enough simply because we exist!
