Dr. Jeff Crooks, Research Director of the Reserve, will discuss how long-term monitoring allows tracking of how the system responds to pressures of sediment, pollutants and trash that water carries. The Tijuana Estuary is considered one of the top most important wetlands in the United States.
Presentation will also be available on Zoom. Email bheckler@san.rr.com for the Zoom link. Video will be posted at sdscholars.org in two weeks.
