“ROBOT AND FRANK” (2012. 89 min. PG-13.) - A wily Frank Langella shines as a slightly dotty ex-jewel thief in this smart and snappy futuristic yarn. Worried about his father’s increasing state of disorientation, his son (James Marsden ) hires a robot to act as his dad’s aide and life coach. Before long, Frank and the robot carry out a series of daring neighborhood burglaries. With Susan Sarandon, Liv Tyler and Peter Skarsgaard.
