Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails Offers a Romantic Rendezvous for Valentine’s Day

The Valentine’s Day experience at Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails will begin with a specialty cocktail, Strawberry Fields, crafted with gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup and simple syrup, priced at $17.

For the main course, the rooftop restaurant will offer a featured entrée of seared steak and scallops served atop a corn puree with charred Brussels sprouts and balsamic drizzle, delivering a refined take on classic surf and turf, priced at $36.

The evening will finish on a sweet note with a strawberry cheesecake, available exclusively for Valentine’s Day, priced at $8.
