The award-winning NU Speaker Series is a free community event open to the public!

As organizations increasingly integrate robotics and artificial intelligence into everyday work, leaders face ethical, relational, and human-centered challenges that extend beyond technical implementation. This session introduces a practical human-ethics framework to help leaders navigate AI and robotics integration while preserving trust, dignity, and accountability. Drawing from applied research and real-world leadership experience, this talk equips leaders to make technology decisions that are not only innovative, but responsibly and sustainably human-centered.

Presented by Dr. Emi Barresi, a human-centric, global agile leader with nearly 20 years of experience guiding remote, technology-enabled organizational transformation.
