Self-Love Self-Portrait is a creative and empowering workshop designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through art. Through guided reflection, gentle prompts, and intentional observation, participants will explore identity, personal narrative, and emotional well-being while creating a self-portrait in drawing or painting.
Led by artist and muralist Gloria Muriel, the session encourages self-acceptance, compassion, and curiosity, offering a safe, welcoming space for creative expression. No prior art experience is required — all levels are encouraged to participate.
Learning Goals:
• Cultivate self-love, confidence, and personal awareness through art
• Introduce accessible drawing/painting techniques for self-portraiture
• Create a supportive, culturally inclusive environment
• Celebrate individuality, lived experience, and personal stories

Autorretrato del Amor Propio es un taller creativo y enriquecedor diseñado para ayudar a los participantes a reconectarse consigo mismos a través del arte. Mediante la reflexión guiada, ejercicios sencillos y la observación consciente, los participantes explorarán su identidad, su narrativa personal y su bienestar emocional mientras crean un autorretrato en dibujo o pintura.
Dirigido por la artista y muralista Gloria Muriel, el taller fomenta la autoaceptación, la compasión y la curiosidad, ofreciendo un espacio seguro y acogedor para la expresión creativa. No se requiere experiencia previa en arte; todos los niveles son bienvenidos.
Objetivos de aprendizaje:
• Cultivar el amor propio, la confianza y la autoconciencia a través del arte
• Introducir técnicas accesibles de dibujo y pintura para el autorretrato
