Join the Healthy Adventures Foundation for our Fourth Friday series of health and wellness workshops. This unique class combines yoga and Pilates exercises to build strength and gain flexibility. From stretching poses to slow moving exercises, this is a great way to condition your body. Wear flat supportive shoes and loose comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
