The community is invited to explore Gallery 201 for the opening reception of "Fragmented Stories", curated by Francisco Eme through Arts District Liberty Station’s David G. Fleet Curator-in-Residence Program. Guests can meet the artists and curator, explore the artwork and engage in conversation about their creative process.

"Fragmented Stories" is an exhibition that explores identity, belonging, and life in the San Diego-Tijuana border region. Curated by Francisco Eme, it features Emerging Artist Residency alumni Eden DeLaVara (San Diego) and Marcela Alarcón López (Tijuana), showcasing how personal narratives and cultural experiences shape artistic expression.

Gallery 201 champions early-career artists from the San Diego–Baja region through its Emerging Artist Visual Arts Residency program, offering studio space, mentorship and public exhibition opportunities.

Exhibition Dates: March 12 – July 17, 2026
