Join us for a fascinating presentation by Dr. Bob Gordon on Falconry and Conservation, exploring the ancient partnership between humans and birds of prey and its modern role in protecting wildlife and ecosystems. Learn how falconry supports conservation efforts and helps raise awareness about the importance of preserving natural habitats. The Children’s Program begins at 12 p.m., followed by the Guest Program at 1:30 p.m.

Heritage of the Americas Museum
The Heritage of the Americas Museum, located on the campus of Cuyamaca College in Rancho San Diego, Calif., invites visitors of all ages to experience a journey through time. Five wings divide the building into areas of Natural History, Archaeology, Anthropology, Art and Education. The museum is an educational and cultural center featuring the prehistoric and historic art, culture, and natural history of the Americas. Artifacts and art serve as a documentation of life and civilization throughout the ages. In the words of the Museum's founder, Bernard Lueck, "To be lost and never found is to be nothing." Through the discovery of these antiquities, mankind is educated and inspired. We invite you to venture into our wonderful world of discovery. Hours Tuesday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday: noon to 4 p.m. Closed Sunday, Monday and selected holidays Admission Admission fees pay for daily operation and educational programs. The museum is privately funded and receives no funds from the college or the state.
