Cinema + Sound Series: The Hausmann Quartet Celebrates Women's History Month

Now in its third season, the Cinema + Sound Series pairs live music and film at the downtown Central Library!
As part of the Library’s celebration of Women’s History Month, The Hausmann Quartet will be joined by double bassist Tamara Paige and will perform works by notable contemporary composers including Caroline Shaw and Jessica Meyer. Their concert will be followed by a screening of the Academy Award-winning short documentary, "The Only Girl in the Orchestra" (2023 G 34min).
