Interactive Cocktail, Mocktail & Sip & Spin Experience
Step into a one-night-only Mixology Experience set against the springtime beauty of The Flower Fields. This seated, guided experience invites guests to explore the art and history of cocktail and mocktail creation in a hands-on, social setting while enjoying the sounds of nostalgic vinyl live.
Over 90 minutes, guests will craft three beverages (cocktails or zero-proof mocktails) while learning balance, technique, and garnish from seasoned mixology professionals from The Wine Militia. Each guest is provided professional bar tools and guided step-by-step through each build, encouraging participation and conversation.
A curated Sip & Spin vinyl experience, led by a turntablist, is integrated throughout the evening, creating a vibey nostalgic atmosphere that enhances the sensory journey while guests sip, learn, and socialize.
Perfect for a memorable Friday evening, one-night-only experience, this event is inclusive, engaging, and designed for couples, friends, and curious locals alike.

The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch
For over sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. The nearly fifty acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that make up The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch® in Carlsbad, California, are in bloom for approximately six to eight weeks each year – from early March through early May – literally bringing the famous fields back to life. This annual burst of color, which has become part of the area’s local heritage, also is one of nature’s official ways of announcing the arrival of spring here in Southern California. The Flower Fields are an alcohol and tobacco-free environment, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted onsite. No pets, bicycles, hoverboards or drones are permitted.
