This year’s theme, "Love Our Planet: There’s No Place Like Earth," highlights simple ways to prevent food waste and give old textiles new life.
Highlights include:
- Demonstrations on using compost and mulch to grow food, herbs and native plants
- Workshops on pickling vegetables and making eco-friendly cleaners from citrus peels
- A clothing swap to refresh your closet
- DIY projects like reusable bags made from old T-shirts and beeswax wraps from scrap fabric
