Know what to expect as you prepare for college! Get the details on how to approach the college application process, including the different types of applications, such as the UC, CSU, Common Application, and private college applications. This program will also cover important timelines, required documents, and strategies for staying organized throughout the process as well as the importance of self-advocacy and how to effectively showcase your academic, extracurricular, and personal strengths. This is an in-person program. Registration is encouraged at sandiego.events.mylibrary.digital.  

This program is part of San Diego Public Library's Discover U initiative for youth and emerging adults to explore their STEAM interests, prepare for their futures, and achieve their college and career goals.
