The Encinitas Youth Commission is hosting a free Financial Literacy event for teens on Sunday, April 26 from 1–2:30 p.m. at the City of Encinitas Library (540 Cornish Dr.). Three speakers will cover banking and credit, budgeting and saving, and young adult financial decisions including college costs and student loans. Interactive Q&A included. Parents welcome. Walk-ins accepted.
