The spirited lineup will feature Borrego’s signature margarita, priced at $10, crafted with LALO Tequila and available in flavors such as classic, spicy, strawberry, mango and peach. Guests can pair the margaritas with carne asada tacos made with onion, cilantro and roasted green salsa; fish tacos featuring locally-sourced fish, mango slaw and avocado crema; or opt for a new chicken taco with onion, cilantro and roasted green salsa, each priced at $5 exclusively for the holiday.
