Celebrate Mother’s Day with Mimosas and Mojitos

Borrego will toast moms with mimosas made with a choice of orange, cranberry or grapefruit juice and crisp mojitos made with rum, lime, mint and club soda, each priced at $10 for the holiday.

Shareable dishes will also be available, including mango shrimp ceviche with shrimp, cucumber, mango, cilantro, jalapeño and onion, topped with avocado and served with a tostada, priced at $18; a charcuterie board featuring house-made cheeses such as Barely Buzz, Drunken Goat and brie, paired with prosciutto, marcona almonds, olives, capicola and honeycomb, priced at $18; and scallops with corn puree, charred Brussels and pork belly, priced at $28.
