Temaki Bar to Roll Out a Featured 'Momakase' Experience for Mother’s Day

Temaki Bar: Handroll, Sushi, Sake, Encinitas’ hip sushi spot located at 575 S. Coast Highway 101, will put a playful spin on omakase for Mother’s Day with its special “Momakase” experience, available exclusively on Sunday, May 10.

Priced at $39 per person, the “Momakase” experience will feature a three-handroll set including salmon, shrimp and yellowtail, alongside a specialty nigiri platter with salmon topped with brown butter aioli, sweet soy and smoked salt; hamachi with black garlic ponzu, lime supreme and chive; and yellowfin with yuzu kosho aioli, serrano and togarashi. To complement the meal, guests will also enjoy a macha martini, made with Grey Goose vodka, matcha, agave, lemon juice and coconut milk.
