Sound Bath + Meditation San Diego

Join us for an evening of deep rest, gentle reflection, and intentional sound.

This Sound Bath + Guided Meditation is a grounding, immersive experience designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Through guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, you’ll be supported in releasing mental clutter, easing physical tension, and creating space for clarity and calm.

The experience begins with a guided meditation, helping you settle into the body and breath. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath, where layers of resonant sound wash over you, encouraging deep relaxation and a meditative state. You are invited to simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
