Known for its fully from-scratch kitchen, Cbar will present a five-course menu designed to complement five carefully selected wines, with each dish crafted to evolve alongside its pairing.
The evening is hosted in collaboration with Bryan Taylor of Massanois Wines, whose expertise in sourcing distinctive wines brings a deeper layer of storytelling and authenticity to the experience. Featuring a curated selection of renowned, small-production wines, this dinner offers a guided journey through the flavors and traditions of Sicily.
