'Say It Loud'

Join us for a cozy, lounge-style evening hosted by The San Diego LGBT Community Center, centering and celebrating Black, BIPOC, Trans, and Nonbinary voices. Come experience an unforgettable night of poetry, music, comedy, prose, and community on May 22 at The Center’s Auditorium.

The night features headlining performances by Amber St. James and DD Stepps Comedy, with open mic slots for community artists to take the stage and share their creativity.

Artist Call: Perform at "Say It Loud"

We are inviting Black, BIPOC, Trans, and Nonbinary artists, poets, musicians, comedians, and storytellers to take the mic and create space for connection and community. No professional experience required, just your voice, your art, and your story.

Who can perform:

Artists interested in poetry, music, comedy, and prose

Black, BIPOC, Trans, and Nonbinary voices

Anyone ages 16 and up is welcome to perform
