But when something traumatic, secret, or unresolved happens in a system, that love can unconsciously bind us to pain that isn’t actually ours.

In a Family Constellations workshop, we gently explore those hidden loyalties — not to blame anyone, but to restore order, belonging, and movement where things have felt stuck.
