As spring settles into San Diego, the unparalleled Mister A's has unveiled a fresh spring menu across their dinner and bar services. With the culinary team led by Executive Chef Stéphane Voitzwinkler, Mister A's spring menu expertly blends his Mediterranean and Californian influenced cuisine with the season's finest ingredients.
Joining the menu are a number of new items ranging from fresh seafood to vegetable forward dishes. The new offerings include:
- Romano Artichoke Risotto | green asparagus, basil, pecorino, pine nuts
- Georges Bank Scallops | morel mushroom, early spring pea, sage hill onion glacé, champagne butter, brioche crouton
To sweeten the dining experience, Chef Amy has also introduced a new spring dessert menu:
Raspberry and Cream Napoleon | caramelized puff pastry, fresh raspberries, pastry cream, chantilly
Pineapple Upside Down Cake | coconut sorbet, macadamia nuts
Key Lime Mousse | coconut cream, oat crumble, blackberries
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse | chocolate mousse, peanut butter praline crunch
Medovik Honey Cake | burnt honey crème fraîche mousse, honey cake layers, brown butter ice cream
Mud Pie Cheesecake | brownie, mocha cheesecake, chocolate cookie crumble

As guests savor Chef Stéphane's latest culinary creations, they can round out their dining experience with spring cocktails courtesy of Mister A's visionary bar team.
- Diplomatic Immunity | Diplomatico rum, cantaloupe, jackfruit, coconut cream, crème de banane, orgeat, lime
- Garden Party | Fords gin, fresh snap peas, green chartreuse, lavender, agave, lemon
- Off White Negroni | Condesa gin, bee pollen tincture, jasmine tea, Amaro Nonino, bitter bianco, shiso
Additionally, for two nights only on June 4th and 5th, Mister A’s transforms into a scene straight out of a bygone era. Think red tablecloths, classic cocktails, and the unmistakable charm of old-school fine dining.
Guests are invited to indulge in a specially curated prix fixe menu for $125 per person, celebrating the iconic flavors and timeless dishes that defined the mid-1960s. Elegant, nostalgic, and prepared à la minute with a modern touch. The night kicks off in the bar with passed canapés and a complimentary glass of prosecco before guests are seated. Guests are encouraged to dress the part—upscale chic preferred—and embrace the glamour of the evening.

First Course: Waldorf, Wedge, Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Bisque, Crab Cake, Escargot
Entrées: Beef Wellington, Steak Diane, Petrale Sole Meunière, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Eggplant Ripiene
Desserts: Cherries Jubilee, Baked Alaska, Cheesecake
