A program called CHSTV+ challenges broadcast journalism students from Carlsbad High School to step out of their comfort zones by sharing their love for filmmaking with fellow teens in an isolated location in Alaska.

Learn how an ex-policeman turned CEO of Escondido's JellyBear Jelly Company and continues a family tradition using farm-fresh fruits to create delicious jams and jellies.
