About Prohibition: Rapturous live music and hypnotic lighting capture the elusive spirit of the 1920s-era underground bar scene at Prohibition, GBOD Hospitality Group’s sultry speakeasy at 548 Fifth Ave. in San Diego’s famous Gaslamp Quarter. A door behind a sign inconspicuously marked “Law Office - Eddie O’Hare, ESQ” reveals stairs that lead underground to the hidden bar, which is drenched in red lighting. Famous for its meticulously prepared craft cocktails, Prohibition is open from 8 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily. More information about Prohibition is available on the website at ProhibitionSD.com and on Facebook and Instagram at @ProhibitionSD.
