Each one-night-only experience features a five-course prix fixe menu with curated cocktail pairings, all set in a hidden location revealed to guests just 24 hours before the event. Committed to supporting local creatives and showcasing sustainable, seasonal ingredients, The Blank Table transforms unexpected spaces into immersive, community-driven dining experiences.

Our next dinner, June 25, features acclaimed Chef Kass DeLeon of The Service Animals, whose deeply personal cuisine draws from her Mexican heritage and San Diego roots, alongside Seth Sandoval of Kiku Room, celebrated hospitality leader and founder of Happy Hour Heroes, who will craft bespoke cocktail pairings for the evening.
