Summer Sera Event in Little Italy

For one special summer night, the streets of Little Italy transform! Summer Sera, Little Italy’s summer celebration event, is ready to bring its magic to the neighborhood once again on Wednesday, July 1, from 4 p.m. - 8 pm. But first, start your Wednesday at the weekly Mercato Farmers Market from 9:30 am to 1:30 p.m. for your fresh produce and July 4th weekend shopping. Take a true Italian lunch break - la pausa pranzo - and return refreshed and ready to embrace la dolce vita with two live music areas, summer shopping, and good eats at Little Italy’s very own block party from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In the evening, explore Lucky Bandana Bakery, unique ceramic pieces from Glazed & Fired, and familiar favorites like Indian spice blends from Simple Sumptuous Cooking and local honey from the beekeepers at Mikolich or Aliza's. At Facets of Ritual and Lily Girl, deck yourself out in summery handmade accessories, and find beachy looks from Garminx Boutique and My Sun & Soul. Savor a freshly made beverage from Drewski's or Local Lemon while you snack on gluten-free goodies from Maurketo Bakery. Or pop into your favorite Little Italy spot for a sip and snack in between shopping!

Summer Sera welcomes all ages, including our littlest community members, with kid-favorite vendors like Penny's Slimes, and don't forget sweet treats for sweet kiddos from Maya's Cookies.
