Step into Bosforo, a modern chef-driven celebration of Turkish culture and cuisine, for an exclusive Industry Night on Monday, July 13 at 6 p.m. Led by Chef Seckin Sage Anlasbay and Sous Chef Ibrahim Ozdemir, the night will feature three special entrées crafted just for the event including Turkish seafood, street‑food‑inspired specialties and wood-fired pizza. Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails designed just for the evening.
