Join our next free gathering to celebrate summer and all the fermented food things!
Note: This is not a beer brewing or wine club. It's all about probiotic foods and gut health!
Please RSVP through the link (which will take you to Meetup) so we know how many to expect.
All skill levels welcome! No fermentation experience necessary.
What to Expect:
- Fermenters of all skill levels and ages
- Culture Swap, so you can pick up or adopt out your extra sourdough starters, kefir grains, kombucha SCOBYs etc.
- Homemade fermented foods like pickles, sauerkraut, hot sauce, bread etc.
- We are meeting in a San Diego public park, so please plan to adhere to the regulations around alcohol, etc.
What to Bring:
- Something homemade to share (not strictly fermented, but it helps!)
- A chair and blanket to sit at the park and enjoy the sunset
- Your own utensils (plate, bowl, cup, silverware) so you don't have to use plastic ones
