Saps at Sea, the San Diego Laurel and Hardy Group, Presents: Pre-Halloween Spooktacular

Kick off the Halloween season with a fun gathering.

Our cartoon is "Cuckoo Murder Case" (1930).

In "The Live Ghost" (1934), Stan and Ollie help sea captain Walter Long shanghai sailors for his ship. Of course they also end on the ship, which is rumored to be haunted!!

Local favorite Russ Peck provides the music for "Do Detectives Think" (1927). Judge Foozle (James Finlayson) hires The Boys to protect him from "The Slasher"! What could go wrong?

"Moan and Groan, Inc." (1929) features the Our Gang kids in a haunted house, with Edgar Kennedy as the helpful policeman!

In "Bum Voyage" (1934), Thelma Todd and Patsy Kelly take a cruise on Friday the 13th... with a gorilla (Charles Gemora)!

As "Air Raid Wardens", Stan and Ollie do whatever they can to help the war effort. Even chasing Nazi spies!
