"Café con Pam," the San Diego podcast that has spent ten years telling the stories of Latine, BIPOC founders and first generation leaders, is throwing a slumber party for its tenth birthday. Pajamas required.
The night opens with "Future Tuesday," a live workshop on guided journaling and practical nervous system tools built around one question: what if your future is something you can remember instead of something you have to chase? Every guest takes home the first edition of the "Future Tuesday" journal.
Then host Pam Covarrubias records a live episode called "The Unmuted Room." The audience brings the real questions and gets coached on the record.
Also in the room: chef prepared pajama food including popcorn with olive oil and gluten free artisanal corn dogs, a goodie bag stocked by local and national businesses, and a virtual debrief session a few weeks after the event, included with every ticket.
Tickets are pay what you can, starting at $10, because "Café con Pam" is turning ten and also because accessibility is important. Doors at 6 p.m.
