LAVEL launches its new Zumba® program in La Jolla with a free 90-minute Master Class on Saturday, October 17, at La Jolla Martial Arts on Girard Avenue. The class is led by Lavel Bryant, a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 14 years of experience teaching Zumba® and group fitness. Expect Latin and world rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. No dance experience is needed, and everyone can go at their own pace. Admission is free, but advance registration is required at lajollatkd.com/zumba. Bring a friend.
