Sharp HealthCare Active Aging Expo

On October 21, 2026, join Sharp HealthCare’s internationally renowned team from Sharp Memorial Hospital’s innovative Generational Health program for a free community event, focused on the benefits of staying active as we age.

You’ll hear presentations from doctors, nurses and other health care specialists on topics including:

- Maintaining mobility

- Functional wellness

- Longevity

- Importance of community engagement

In addition to keynote presentations, there will be Q&A with the experts and attendees will be able to participate in activity sessions of their choosing, including:

- Balance training

- Integrative therapies

- Yoga

- Horticulture Therapy

Vendors from Sharp and throughout San Diego County will also be on hand to highlight resources and opportunities available in our community as we age or as we support aging loved ones.
