Encore Sushi celebrates its grand opening on Friday, Oct. 23, at 112 S Cedros Ave in Solana Beach. Upscale casual sushi at the entrance to the Cedros Design District. The evening begins with a Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting at 4 PM. Stop by from 4 to 10 PM to meet Chef James La and partner Chris West and try sashimi, nigiri and signature rolls.
