Strength in the City Festival

Strength in the City Festival is an intentionally-curated, community-driven health and wellness festival celebrating movement, mindfulness, and local connection, presented by Atlanta Life Insurance Company. Attendees can explore more than 20 fitness and wellness mini-classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, dance, meditation, and equipment-based workouts. The festival also features a free community run and walk (a 5K or 2-mile option starting at 8 a.m.), local vendors and brands, recovery services, BINGO with more than 50 prizes, food, drinks, discounts, and giveaways. All ages are welcome, with guests under 16 admitted free of charge. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The event takes place rain or shine, and each ticket includes access to all classes and experiences. Proceeds benefit the Strength in the City Foundation, which gives back to other charitable organizations.
