Pets are welcome at Monkeybar’s Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour. Humans can enjoy themed cocktails (including one served in a blood bag), and there are a variety of treats on the dog menu like dog beer, house-made dog biscuits, a Loco Moco, dog ice cream and more. There will also be a pet costume contest. A portion of the night’s sales will benefit Rancho Coastal Humane Society.
