The Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation invites you to our annual signature event, the Fall Back Children’s Historical Street Faire, returning Sunday, November 8, 2026. This beloved tradition brings the Gaslamp Quarter to life as the street outside the Davis-Horton House fills with games and activities reminiscent of a San Diego long past, but not forgotten! Families enjoy contests, cultural dance troupes, live music, food and engaging historical activities.
Now in our 26th year, thousands of San Diego families have gathered at Fall Back to experience a vibrant, one-of-a-kind history lesson, where children discover “the past” before the age of technology.
