2026 USD Cyber Law and Risk Symposium

University of San Diego

$45-195

As artificial intelligence reshapes decision-making, cyber threats move at machine speed, regulators introduce unprecedented oversight obligations, and geopolitical uncertainty challenges long-standing assumptions, organizations are operating in an entirely new frontier of risk. Now in its 8th year, the USD Cyber Law & Risk Symposium brings together leaders from cybersecurity, law, government, insurance, risk management, technology, and academia to explore the emerging challenges defining the next era of governance, resilience, and innovation. Hosted by the University of San Diego's Center for Cybersecurity Engineering and Technology (CCSET) and School of Law, the Symposium has become one of the nation's premier forums for cross-disciplinary dialogue on cyber risk and accountability.

This year's theme, The New Frontier, recognizes that organizations are entering uncharted territory. From AI-enabled vulnerabilities and product liability concerns to quantum-era risks, critical infrastructure threats, and expanding regulatory expectations, leaders must navigate a rapidly evolving landscape where traditional playbooks are no longer enough.
