A beginner-friendly, hands-on afternoon for anyone tired of the same feelings running the show. Sean Golden teaches emotional releasing. You pick one pattern or issue you want to change:

- A resentment you keep returning to

- A doubt that won't quiet down and holds you back

- A short fuse with the people you love

- Discomfort around other people in certain settings

- The heaviness that keeps you procrastinating

- The boredom that drags through your workday

- Thoughts that won't quiet down when you're trying to sleep

Then you spend the afternoon working through the memories and feelings underneath it, one by one, until the pattern starts to dissolve. And you check whether the same triggers still affect you at all. Plenty of guided practice and time for questions, and you leave with a skill you can use on your own whenever something comes up.
