Menu Highlights:

• • Chilled Seafood Bar: Bloody Mary oyster shooters, snow crab claws, poached shrimp, chilled mussels, calamari & bay scallop salpicón, and white fish coconut ceviche.
  • Chef’s Carving & Main Stations: Whole roasted turkey with brown butter-sage gravy and port wine-orange cranberry chutney; herb-roasted prime rib; bourbon-apricot glazed ham; gochujang glazed cedar plank salmon; and shrimp vadouvan spiced curry.
  • Holiday Trimmings & Stuffing: Rosemary-fennel pork sausage focaccia stuffing, chestnut-leek & apple polenta stuffing (vegan/gluten-free), buttermilk mashed potatoes, and sweet potato casserole with marshmallow fluff.
  • Desserts: A live Crêpe Suzette station flambeed in Grand Marnier orange-caramel sauce, classic pumpkin, apple, and pecan walnut caramel pies, chocolate-hazelnut beignets, and French macarons.
