'Atlas of the Heart': Generative Writing Sessions with Kristen Fogle

We all need it. To slow down, sit down, and let our thoughts meet the page. “Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful Connection” is Brene Brown’s newest–and an amazing–resource in which she puts words to eighty-seven emotions and human experiences. Each session, in community, we will work through a few in the book by using timed writing prompts based on each. Sharing is optional. If you’re looking for a bit of “spiritual chiropractic” (as Julia Cameron says), here’s your place for alignment.
