Celebrate BCSD's 20th anniversary season with a scorcher of a program featuring favorite and memorable repertoire performed over the last twenty seasons...how time flies!
Turn up the heat with excerpts from Bach's B minor Mass and Easter Oratorio, to arresting moments from Handel oratorios, by way of glorious Renaissance polyphony, to the sumptuousness of Rameau, plus much more!
Bach Collegium San Diego engages audiences with accessible, historically informed performances and educational programs featuring repertoire from the Renaissance, Baroque, and early Classical eras. The ensemble was founded in 2003 by Music Director Ruben Valenzuela to diversify the musical offerings of the San Diego community.
