"Barefoot in the Park" is Neil Simon’s sky-high romantic comedy about the thrills of young love. Newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter are ready to start their life together on the top floor of a tiny and shabby New York City brownstone — without an elevator. She’s a free-spirited optimist; he’s a buttoned-up lawyer. As mismatched expectations collide, a whirlwind of eccentric neighbors and unexpected guests push their relationship to the edge. With sparkling wit, big heart, and timeless charm, the young couple learns to live together while facing the daily ups-and-downs of life.
